Do I need to download anything?

No downloads required. ReadyMail works entirely in your web browser. Just sign in from any device and your inbox is right there.

How do I change my password?

Go to your account settings and select 'Change password'. You'll need to enter your current password, then choose a new one. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page.

Can I have more than one email address?

Yes! The Personal plan includes up to 3 email addresses, and the Family plan supports up to 10. You can manage them all from one account.

I'm not receiving emails. What should I do?
